How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by following established clinical standards and evidence-based protocols.
• Drive the implementation of patient care plans, proactively monitoring status and documenting progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary teams, facilitating seamless communication and well-integrated treatment.
• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, serving as a critical link in the clinical decision-making process.
• Lead the discharge planning process in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and successful transition for every patient.
  
  

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s)

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Department of Health obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• One or more of the following:
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• ADVLIFSUP certification accepted in lieu of BLS
  

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. ASN or BSN preferred.
  
  

Work Experience

• Previous PACU experience preferred.
• Critical Care experience required.
  
  

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• ICU, ED or PACU experience
