BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN – Charge Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Tele unit at Winter Haven Hospital . This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development.
Position Overview
The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.

- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Prior charge or leadership experience
- Oncology experience or specialty certification
- Shift: Days (Shift 1)
- Shift Hours: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Weekend: Every other
- On Call: No
